SK-00Swatch book for yoga apparel buyers

Yoga apparel manufacturing, sourced fabric first

SutraKnit is a sourcing desk for brands, studios and wholesalers who need custom or private label yoga wear. Start with the fabric, pick the garment, give us a quantity range, and we route the program to a verified partner factory in the right Chinese cluster.

  • MOQ Cut and sew typically 100-300 pcs per style and color; seamless typically 300-500
  • SAMPLE First sample typically 7-15 days
  • BULK Typically 30-45 days after sample approval

Reference ranges from the two clusters we work in. Final figures are confirmed in writing for each program. How MOQ and lead time are set

01

The swatch book

Yoga wear is bought by hand-feel, opacity and recovery before it is bought by style. These are the fabric families our partner mills supply most often. Each opens a guide with composition and weight ranges.

Two routes, chosen per style

ROUTE S

Seamless knit, Yiwu cluster

Electronic circular knitting builds the garment as a tube with knit-in rib, mesh and compression zones. Fewer seams, a sculpted look, and a higher setup cost per style, which is why seamless MOQs run higher.

ROUTE C

Cut and sew, Humen cluster

Fabric is cut from rolls and joined with flatlock or coverstitch seams. It suits gussets, pockets, removable cups, prints and color blocking, and lower starting quantities.

What the desk does on every program

  1. Brief and route. We read your reference, confirm the fabric family and choose seamless or cut and sew.
  2. Fabric and sample. Fabric sheets with composition and GSM, then a first sample against your tech pack.
  3. Written confirmation. MOQ, unit price, colors, labels and lead time are confirmed in writing before any deposit.
  4. Production checks. Fabric inspection, in-line checks and a final random inspection to an agreed AQL.
  5. Packing and shipping. Labels, polybags and cartons to your spec, shipped on the agreed terms.
